I'm back in Manila now and it's soooooooo good to be home. A month is too long to be away from family.... learned my lesson. Next time, hubby and dear daughter are coming with me wherever i go.

It's Father's Day tomorrow and i thought i'd make some cake to cheer up some of our father friends. Here's what i made... a triple chocolate cake, iced with italian meringue butttercream, chocolate caramel ganache and hazelnut praline. OMGoodness.... hubby said the taste was fabulous.... i thought it was deliriously good too. Hope this inspires you to bake some soon...
